In this Special Podcast, an extra standalone episode I interview Duncan a drift – Duncan Hutchison.
Duncan was on our 10th GPS training podcast, please do go back and listen to that one here.
If you have not heard this one please stop now, go back and listen to it as we are going to take the story up from where that one left off.
So if you need a quick reminder –
Duncan built his own boat and was aiming to row across the Atlantic in it.
You named to boat “Sleipnir” (the 8 legged horse). The 8 legged horse which was legendary for his strength, courage and speed. It is believed that Sleipnir was not only the fastest horse, but exceptionally smooth and that he could be ridden over the sea and through the air, which is where he got his name, the meaning of which is “smooth” or “gliding”.
